Reservation
We recommend scheduling treatments well in advance. We will be happy to guide you in selecting the treatment that make your experience more pleasurable. Feel free to discuss any areas of concern, or share your personal preferences. Bookings can be done via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Arrival
We would appreciate that you arrive at least 15 mins prior to your treatment.
Medical Conditions
When making your reservation or prior to your treatment, please advise us of any health condition, allergies or injuries which might affect your experience.
Salon Etiquette
Our Salon environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. In the light of this, we request that you turn off your mobile device / silent.
Cancellations
A 50% charge will apply for any treatments cancelled with less than 12hour notice. A 100% charge will apply for no shows.

Hygiene
A sterile and germ-free salon is my guarantee. I don’t strain wax or re-use spatulas. Only professionally recognized skincare brands exclusive to the beauty industry are used.
